Bathroom Renovation & Remodeling Contractor

Bathrooms are small rooms with more trades per square foot than anywhere else in the house. Done right, nothing about them draws attention for decades.

Build sequence

Five stages, in this order

  1. 01Demo & discoveryEverything out to the studs so rot, leaks and undersized supply lines surface before tile goes on.
  2. 02Rough-inPlumbing and electrical relocated for the new layout, inspected before it gets covered.
  3. 03WaterproofingPan, curb and wall assembly built as a system. This is the step that decides whether the bathroom lasts 20 years.
  4. 04Tile & surfacesLayout dry-set first, so cuts land where they should and patterns line up at the corners.
  5. 05Fixtures & trimVanity, glass, lighting and hardware installed, then a punch walk before we call it done.

Common bathroom scopes

  • Tub-to-walk-in-shower conversions
  • Primary suite bath rebuilds
  • Hall and guest bath refreshes
  • Aging-in-place grab bars and curbless entries
  • Powder room additions
